1 leek
1 onion

Fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the vegetables. Wash leek thoroughly and slice into rings.
2. Sauté onion in oil, add other vegetables, and cook briefly.
3. Pour in the broth and let simmer for about 25 minutes until everything is tender.
4. Lightly mash about a third of the stew for a creamy texture.
5. Slice the sausages and let them warm through in the stew for 5 minutes.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
