Stephanie is a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic with a special interest in metabolism, body composition, hormones, and functional neurology. She’s the host of an award-winning podcast, and author of an international best-selling book. She’s also the founder of a membership program that discusses nutrition, fasting, exercise, hormones, and the female psyche. And is currently building out a certification program for doctors and healthcare providers outlining cell metabolism, exercise physiology, brain aging, and best clinical practices for female patients.
I’ve always had a special interest in metabolism, body composition, functional neurology, and female physiology, which I’ve been channelling into my own projects like my health program and podcast. My goal has always been to help women of all different backgrounds, shapes and sizes to lose weight, regulate hormones, and get off medications the healthy way.
To me, fasting is a powerful tool for self-actualization and physiological optimization. When a woman understands how to fast in a way that supports her body throughout her life, as she ebbs and flows through her ever-changing hormonal milieu, fasting can provide a means to heal her gut, promote healthy brain again, break free of the psychological warfare of the food industry, and most importantly, deepen her relationship with herself.
