Lisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with over 15 years of experience in nutrition, fitness, and mental health coaching and education. With her mission of “inspiring others towards health and happiness,” she’s dedicated to helping people understand how to implement healthy habit change, while gaining a deeper understanding of what makes them feel their personal best.
I believe that everyone should have access to discovering what makes them happy and healthy. It’s natural to have days where we don’t feel 100%, but I’m a firm believer in appreciating life and learning to care for the bodies we live in. The trick, which I’ve discovered through my occasional 16:8 fasts, is to use intuition to nurture our health.
Even when I was younger, I remember not feeling like eating late at night because it made me feel bloated, foggy, and tired in the morning. Now that I know why, I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves in a way that still allows them to enjoy life as social beings – it’s all about balance and doing what makes us feel good from the inside out.
