Biography

Having had experience in gardening and landscaping, handicrafts, childcare and even office work, Sarah’s scenic career path is what’s shaped her versatility and holistic attitude towards life. Nutrition has always been a personal passion, with Sarah having noticed its effects on her well-being first-hand. So after having used it to improve her own life quality, she decided to deepen her knowledge by training as a nutritionist, and help as many people as possible find the way to a healthier, happier life.

Philosophy

For me, fasting carried out properly is a great way to support and relieve the body. In everyday life, we’re confronted with many pollutants that the body has to process and excrete. If this, for whatever reason, no longer works, we get sick. Contributing factors include the oversupply of industrial, highly processed food – which often lead to lifestyle diseases such as type II diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, obesity, high blood pressure, allergies and some types of cancer.

By dealing with food and health consciously, everyone has the chance to easily improve their quality of life. It’s not just about losing weight, but about keeping the body and mind healthy. Fasting is a great way to tackle both, especially since you can tailor it to your individual needs and lifestyle – which, from my own experience, is vital when aiming for sustainable changes.
