Fastic Plus is an optional subscription upgrade with premium features, personalized challenges, exclusive content and an enhanced fasting experience. The free version of Fastic with core tools, basic statistics and content will always be available.

Purchasing a Fastic Plus subscription

  1. Log into your Fastic account
  2. Go to Fastic Settings -> Fastic Plus
  3. Select an annual or monthly subscription
  4. Tap on “Get Fastic Plus”
  5. Confirm your purchase
  6. Enjoy Fastic Plus!

Checking the status of a subscription

To review your subscription status:

You can view your subscription status directly from the App Store or Google Play Store settings menu.

Cancelling an auto-renewal 


  • Open the Settings app
  • Tap your name
  • Tap ‘Subscriptions’
  • Select Fastic
  • Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’


  • Open the Google Play Store
  • In the upper left, tap the menu icon, next to the search bar
  • Tap Subscriptions
  • Select Fastic
  • Tap ‘Cancel’


Apple does not permit us to cancel subscriptions or issue refunds to our customers. As a result, you will need to reach out to Apple’s App Store customer support department directly. To request a refund, you can contact them at:

Android users can request a refund directly from the Google Play Store by following the steps here:

If you cannot complete a refund through the Google Play Store, please send us an email at and provide your Google Play Order Number. While we cannot guarantee every refund request, we will do our best to assist you. To find your order number:

  4. Send us the order number at the bottom of your receipt

I purchased a subscription but don’t have access to Fastic Plus

If you purchased Fastic Plus but cannot access the features or content, please log-out and close the Fastic app, then log-in with your account credentials. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact us at
