In our ongoing effort to support you on your journey to a healthier and more balanced lifestyle, we’ve developed this new scoring feature. Fastic Score focus on the key aspects of a healthy and fulfilling life: Fasting, sleep, exercise, and hydration. For each of these aspects, you set a daily goal - your personal score. The point distribution will then be based on your individual goal.
