You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fastic GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany, Email: info@fastic.com, Phone: +49 30 41735147) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function provided on our website (www.fastic.com; for prevention courses: kurs.fastic.com) and in the Fastic app. If you use this function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without undue delay, including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
The online withdrawal function is available throughout the entire withdrawal period and can be reached via the "Withdraw from contract" button:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
