1. Scope
These reimbursement conditions apply exclusively to the online prevention course "Einfach besser essen" (Simply Eat Better).
In all other respects, the general terms and conditions of Fastic GmbH apply.
2. Requirements for Reimbursement by Fastic
Fastic will reimburse the corresponding portion of the course fee if the following requirements are met:
- The online prevention course "Einfach besser essen" (Simply Eat Better) was fully and successfully completed
- The course was fully completed within the valid certification period and no later than December 22, 2026
- The course fee was paid in full and on time
- There are no outstanding claims or payment arrears with Fastic
- All required information was provided truthfully and completely
- The course was properly submitted to the health insurance provider
- The health insurance provider has demonstrably rejected the reimbursement (e.g., by written notice)
3. Exclusions from Reimbursement
Reimbursement by Fastic will not be provided if the health insurance provider's rejection is based on the fact that:
- there is no entitlement to prevention benefits
(e.g., budget already exhausted, maximum number of courses reached)
- the rejection is based on individual conditions of the health insurance provider that are outside Fastic's sphere of influence
- the course was not completed in full or not completed on time
- the application was not submitted or was submitted incorrectly
- incomplete or false information was provided
- required documentation was not provided
4. Documentation & Application with Fastic
The following documentation is required for reimbursement:
- Proof of rejection by the health insurance provider
- For private health insurance providers, the user must additionally provide proof of the potential reimbursement amount through suitable documentation (e.g., tariff information or written confirmation from the health insurance provider).
The application for reimbursement must be submitted within 30 days of the rejection.
5. Scope of Reimbursement
Fastic will reimburse the amount that the health insurance provider would have covered in the case of a reimbursement, but no more than the actual course price paid.
